Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our team will begin processing your order immediately, and most orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you via phone or WhatsApp with an update and an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Charges

• Nationwide Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

• Lahore: 1–2 business days.
• Nationwide (Outside Lahore): 2–4 business days.

Important Information

• Orders are delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels to a different address once they have been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
